More information:

Beneath our feet lies a living world that nourishes every leaf, every meal and even the balance of our minds.

In this one-of-a-kind workshop, Dunedin-trained psychiatrist and founder of Mind & Nature Dr Ivan Lin teams up with Gisborne’s favourite soil agroecologist Jacopo Orazi from Radice Soil Solutions to explore the science and soul of how we nourish both land and self.

Together, we'll journey into how regenerative agriculture and nutritional psychiatry are deeply interconnected—through the gut microbiome, the quality of our food, our connection to nature and our collective future. Come spend the day with us immersed in the beauty of the Otago Peninsula, where soil, food and soul come together in an unforgettable experience.

Programme Highlights

  • The Soil-Food-Mind Connection – latest insights from our regenerative psychiatrist Dr Ivan Lin who is a medical doctor with a passion for reconnecting people to our food, soil and nature for our collective wellbeing

  • Live Soil Microscopy + Food Nutrient Density Testing with a Refractometer – demonstration by soil agroecologist Jacopo Orazi who is Gisborne’s local soil doctor and has over 15 years of experience and a deep passion for regenerative agriculture
