GOLDEN BAY REGEN FARMERS GROUP - farm discussion day - Wednesday 2 July 2025.

Arrive from 10am for a cuppa and catch-up ahead of 10.30am start. Bring your own lunch and the day will finish at 2pm.

Meeting and discussion on farm – property address will be supplied upon registration.

Dairy farmers Deane Parker and Melissa Scarlett from Central Canterbury will share their experiences of:

• Lowering farm inputs

• Keeping young stock on farm

• Flexible milking

• Wintering options – hay bale grazing, growing soil, increased feed in 2nd milking round

This day is a great chance to bring your own ideas and perspectives on these topics, and to discuss any queries you have about regen farming. Deane and Melissa are very open and are willing to share their journey.
