Seeking: New Board Member for Quorum Sense

Quorum Sense is looking for a new person to join our Board.

We are seeking someone with a financial background who is also a farmer or grower with an interest in regenerative practices and systems.

Quorum Sense is a farmer-led network that supports farmers and growers exploring and implementing biological and regenerative practices and systems. A charitable trust since the end of 2019, our Board plays a key role in ensuring good governance and direction setting. We are in receipt of MPI funding which enables us to support regional groups across the country and create a wide range of digital resources through the work of our highly motivated and skilled team. Full details of what we do can be found on our website.

Board meetings are bi-monthly, by Zoom and in person. Board members are remunerated for attending Board and working group meetings. Travel costs for in-person meetings are also met.

We value having a diverse board so welcome applications from anyone fitting the brief from across Aotearoa New Zealand.

Please send applications in the form of a short covering letter explaining what you would bring to the Board and a CV (or, if you do not have one, provide information about your experience in the covering letter) to: contact@quorumsense.org.nz

Deadline for submissions: end of Friday 8 March.
